All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, all orders are despatched by an overnight courier company. Please be aware that overnight courier companies are not 100% reliable. We accept responsibility for ensuring your order is received by the courier company, and their paperwork is completed accurately. However, we do not accept responsibility for errors made by overnight courier companies. We can offer a same day delivery service if it is essential that your order is received on a specific date or time.

Credit is subject to approval by our credit referral agency. In the case of a zero credit limit we will require cleared funds prior to despatch of goods. Payment terms for credit account customers are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act on overdue accounts.

Aris Design will ensure that all orders are packaged in a way suitable to the method of despatch. Aris Design do not accept liability for any delay to, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our works. Claims for damage while in transit should be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. In the absence of written notification we will be unable to accept any liability.

Work cannot commence on a job until we receive an official purchase order. Verbal orders cannot be accepted. Aris Design cannot accept any responsibility for vital information relating to an order which is supplied verbally.
